Reporting a problem?

It helps us fix things faster if you include:

• the country flag and document type you were using;
• your device and browser (for example “iPhone, Safari” or “Windows, Chrome”);
• what you expected and what happened instead – a screenshot is ideal.

Before you write

• Lost a document? Drafts and history are stored only in your browser, so we cannot see or recover them. Check History in the same browser and device you used.
• Tax questions? We can add or fix tax presets, but we can’t give tax advice for your business.
• Please don’t email us customer details or other sensitive information you don’t need to share.
