Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
In short: BillDoodle works entirely in your browser. The documents you create – including your customers’ details, logo and signature – are stored only on your own device. We don’t have accounts, we don’t receive your documents and we don’t use tracking cookies.
1. Who we are
BillDoodle (“we”, “us”) operates the website billdoodle.com. You can contact us at support@billdoodle.com.
2. Your documents stay on your device
Everything you type into the editor, plus any logo or signature you add, is processed by your browser. PDFs are generated on your device. This information is not sent to us.
To save your work between visits, BillDoodle uses your browser’s local storage to keep:
- your current drafts, one per document type;
- a history of up to 50 documents you have downloaded or printed;
- your chosen country and light/dark theme.
This data never leaves your device. You can delete individual documents from History, or remove everything by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. Because we never receive it, we cannot recover it for you if it is deleted.
3. Information collected automatically
Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical information needed to deliver pages to you, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
- Cloudflare (hosting and security). billdoodle.com is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which processes this technical data to deliver the site and defend it against abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies for that purpose.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics. We use Cloudflare’s privacy-friendly analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or build profiles of individual visitors; we see only aggregated figures such as page views, referring websites, countries and device types.
- cdnjs (operated by Cloudflare). The PDF tools (jsPDF and PDF.js) are downloaded from the cdnjs network when you preview, download or print. Your browser requests the code from cdnjs; the contents of your documents are not sent.
See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for how Cloudflare handles data.
4. Cookies
We do not set cookies for advertising, analytics or tracking. Local storage, described above, is used only to save your work on your device.
5. Advertising
We do not show advertising today. If we add advertising in future (for example Google AdSense), we will update this policy before any ads appear, explaining what the ad provider collects and the choices you have.
6. Your rights
Because your documents are stored only on your device, you control them completely and can delete them at any time. We do not hold personal data about you that we could access, correct or delete on request, apart from any emails you send us. If you email us, we use your message only to reply and keep it only as long as needed; ask us any time to delete it.
7. Children
BillDoodle is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how BillDoodle handles data, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
